Return / Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange of equal value if the item is in stock. Buyer must pay for shipping back to warehouse.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at dave@impactweprint.com with your:

1. order number

2. which item from your order you are returning

3. which item from the website you would like in exchange

Once we receive your returned item within the 30 days from purchase we will send out the replacement.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, School House Uniforms is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail.
